July 27th Sunday

WE HAVE GOOD NEWS. Seth had and MRI yesterday to see if Dr. Jallo was able to remove all the tumor. Well praise God he was. The MRI was clear. Which is very good news. We are still waiting on the biopsy report. The medical team was able to determine tumor was Medulloblastomas.
There are two types. One is very aggressive while the other is not. The doctors are recommending chemo and radiation therapy. While we find this some what discouraging we believe God is and has been so good and will continue to be with us and Seth through the treatments. They will start sometime in the future. We are believing and praying Seth will have the less aggressive type so that he will require fewer and lighter treatments.
Seth had a very good day. He is eating a little more(few bites at each meal) and was able to walk around the floor a couple of times. Shane, Sarah, and Laura were able to visit today. It was so nice to see them and spend some time with them. Sarah has decided to stay the night with mom and dad.
Seth also gets tired of laying in bed and sat in a chair for awhile. He is still struggling with nausea. Please continue for him as we try to determine what is causing this. He wants to go home but we must wait until he is able to take oral drugs and is able to eat a good meal.
Thank so much for all prayers and verbal support.
And thanks to the Millers who brought him his first root beer after the surgery.
We are hoping to return home by Tuesday please continue to pray.

Thanks. Todd, Marie and Seth

Oh by the way he will have to keep trying dad won the othello game; but he was able to beat his mom.

Seth (& Todd and Marie)~
Keep pressing on! Ed and I just were talking about your family and wondering how you were doing. Then to come home from vacation to hear Seth had surgery. It so much shows when you think of someone...pray, the Lord puts them on your heart and mind for a reason. Take care!

Love and Prayers,

Hi Seth,

Yesterday's History,
Tomorrow's a Mystery,
Today is a Gift from God,
That's why it's called the "Present"

One day at a time Seth. God is with you.

To the Good Family,
A very close and dear friend of mine, Sue Bowman, shared with me the recent illness of Seth. Our family is also struggling with a very sick grandchild, Carter, who was 11 days old on Mothers Day and was rushed to the Hershey medical center with severe heart problems and has already had one heart surgery that week, the next coming up in September. We know what this trying time for your family is also, but God is good and He has answered so many of our prayers and I see he has with Seth. I have prayed for Seth and will pray for continued healing. Peace be with you, Donna

Hi Seth ...

You don't know me, but I've known your dad since he was your age. Our families spent lots of time together and I have great memories of the games we played! (Ask your dad about "Piggy Wants a Beckon!") My daughter takes voice lessons from Lisa and we've seen you there a couple of times. I want you to know that I am praying for you. I had thyroid cancer about 5 years ago and God healed me. I am perfectly fine today! I know how hard it is to lay around and feel sick and go through millions of tests, but I promise you, God is with you in ways you can't even imagine right now. I believe God has an amazing plan for your life ... I'll be praying for you.

Hi Guys,
Were praying for you all tonight at prayer meeting. We prayed that Johns Hopkins will never be the same again because the Good family carried the light of Jesus thru its hallways!!!!! Know that we think about you often. Keep up the fight.
" No one will be able to stand up aganist you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you. Be strong and courageous!" Joshua 1:5-6a
