So far so good...... Chemo went better then expected. Seth did not get sick at all in the hospital but there could still be side effects up to a week later. Last night Seth had to take oral chemo, vancristine, and have a 6 hr chemo drip on him while he slept. Between the chemo drip, vital signs and blood work during the night Seth did not get much sleep. He is tired!! I could tell Seth was really nervous about the chemo last night. Every time the nurse came in to change the liquid bags (which she did often) he would say "is that the chemo?" You could tell the nerves in his voice. But God is good Seth was scared he would be throwing up when he woke up but he was not. We know that this is the beginning of a long journey but I am happy Seth seems to be starting on a better note then we thought he would. Talking about notes... Seth even found a keyboard in the playroom but to his disappointment some of the keys are broken.

We will continue to believe and pray that you will not have any side effects from the chemo. I am so happy to hear that it is going better than you expected. We love you and I couldn't stop thinking about you this weekend. Keep up the good work!

Seth,
It was wonderful to see you feeling and looking so great on Sunday! We are encouraged that the next year won't seem so long for you. Gotta get that turkey roasting for you.
Love you,
MawMaw and PawPaw
