Happy Valentine's Day! We came home from the hospital on Wednesday as scheduled. Seth did not get a single side effect from this round of chemo, yeah!! We are believing that the chemo will not have any long term side effects on Seth's body. Seth is maintaining his weight. Even though we want to see him gain more pounds we are just happy he is not losing any. His attitude is good most days but along with his good days he has bad ones too. Days when he does not understand why he has cancer. But all in all he is doing well. We are meeting a lot of amazing kids at the hospital. Brave kids that are fighting so hard with this horrible disease. I have never really question out God too much and asked why us but I did feel that way this past time in the hospital when they told us the pediatric oncology floor was full. I thought why are there so many kids with cancer and so many families hurting. I do not think we will ever know the reason but we do know that God is still in control. I always have to have a good cry when I come home from Johns Hopkins just thinking of everything. Seth's next chemo will be on Monday. This one will be an outpatient chemo and then he will have a few weeks off to recover. He will officially be 1/3 of the way done!!!!!!
