day 2 of radiaiton
Well it was looking a little better today. Seth has not thrown up at all today but started feeling sick in his stomach during the late afternoon. We are trying an anti nausea medicine and having him eat often during the day. He is also very tired. It blows me away how he can sleep 14 hours at night wake up tired and be tired all day long. I realized that I was clueless to this whole radiation thing. I thought this would be a lot easier on him then it seems to be. Seth does have off on Labor day from the treatment so hopefully with the long weekend it will help him feel better to start next weeks radiation. The end of this 13 month process seems , to us, as far away as the stars in the sky. Pray we stay focus on the task in fornt of us so we can take one day at a time and for God's grace to be on every one of those days.

I am so sorry that you and your family are going through this horrible ordeal. Please know that many people are praying for you and prayers are POWERFUL!!! God knows exactly what you are going through, how you are feeling and what you need to go on. Trust in Him and know that He has you, Seth and your family in the palm of His hand, walking with you each day!
We will continue to pray. Thank you for updating us so we can pray specifically!
God bless!
Tiffany (friend of Perry and Carol Good)
The prayers will continue for everyone. Your family will be able to get through this because you are a strong family and there are some many people praying. God bless.
I glad the second day was better. The anti nausea medicine is a blessing. We are continually praying for you. When ours was all done it felt more like 2 years than 8 months. As the song goes Count your blessings each day for all the little things and try and make good memories along the way so they will stand out through it at the end. Our hospital had a bracelet program (ours was more like a necklace). On it we put beads for small things like not being as sick today or someone was special to me etc. Like a beautiful tapestry we only see the wrong side here on earth, God sees the full masterpiece. God Bless

Hey Seth! I missed you at lessons on Thursday...when God give you more strength...sit at the piano and worship Him with your fingers. Remember the music He gives us is powerful...it helps us heal..Worship Him...He LOVES to hear you play Seth....The angels dance in heaven when we sing/play songs praising Jesus. Stay strong and courageous...for The Lord is with you ALL the way.
With so much love and many prayers,

Hi Seth, you and your family our in our prayers every day, we care very much. We know from experience that God is still doing miracles. God loves you, and so do we.... Loren, Wanda and Craig
We are thinking about you. Hope the anti nausea medicine works. 13 months seems like forever, and there will probably be times when it feels never ending, but I have found these to be the times where I have been blessed to see the very best of the human race. I pray that God gives you comfort just as he has us, through this difficult time.
"3Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. 5For just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows." - 2 Corinthians 1 verse 3-5
Praying for you all. It does feel like an endless journey, but God can and will reveal the Beauty after the Ashes to you. Your Father will give you your Daily Bread as you lean on Him and desire to stay focused on Him. We care about you and will continue to stand in the gap in pray. God Bless, Miller's
