It has truly come!! Radiation is over and Seth is happy! It was awesome to see him ring the bell and declare that he was able to finish phase one of treatment.
Yeah.... we figured out the video. Todd is reading the picture on the wall before Seth rang the bell. It says....
"Your day has come to strike the bell!
Your silent heart has much to tell
and much to toll the proud new day
treatment done you are on your way."
Seth made it through 31 radiation sessions ,6 chemo treatments, brain surgery, port surgery, two spinal fluid tests, 3 MRIs, 2 CAT scans ,and many sick days with "chuck", his up-chuck bucket by his side, all since July 17th. He is ready for a well deserved break!
Hi my name is Seth Good.
I live in Elm PA with my family of 6 Mom ,Dad, Shane, Sarah,Laura and me Seth. I have a cat (Tommy) and dog(Buddy). I go to school at Manhiem Central Middle School and am in 6th grade. I attend Newport Dove Church and plan on be in the jr. high youth in the fall.
I love to play sports, piano, and playstation. I enjoy the summer by swimming and playing with friends and family.
In July the doctor told me that the MRI found a tumor in a very delicate location in the base of my brain. We went to Johns Hopkins hospital in Baltimore. The surgeon removed the tumor July 24th. I will be going through radiation and chemotherapy for the next year. I have this blog to keep in touch with all of you. Please pray for healing for me. Also pray that I will not experience the side affects of all the treatment. We will try to keep you updated and will report all the answers to your prayers.
Thanks Seth and family
