What a day!! First we started our day out with a trip to the Hospital. Seth found out that he actually gained 1/2 pound and his whited blood counts increased instead of decreased. But his drop foot seems to have gotten a little worse. The doctors are suggesting physical therapy which we are going to pursue. Pray that the muscles in his foot will not get worse so he does not have to eventually be in a wheelchair. God has been showing us He is still in control and He still cares. While Seth and I were riding the parking garage elevator our ears tuned into what was playing on the radio. It was, what we call Seth's theme song, God Will Take Care of You. What are the chances of that song being on at the perfect time in an elevator. Isn't God awesome!! After a good ride home from Baltimore. We rested a little and had to get ready to go to the next place. This time it was for fun. C.V. High School raised $6,500 so Seth's Make a Wish could come true (Seth wished to ride in a NASCAR really fast). Since Seth's favorite sport is basketball, the C.V. Varsity Basketball team asked him to be the guest of honor. They gave him 3 shirts, a signed basketball and an opportunity for a night of fame. Seth was a team captain for the night and also got to throw the jump ball to start the game. It blessed us so much to see how caring the students and the staff were. Because of them Seth will get his dream come true. Thanks C. V. High school!!!
